Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Ephesians 6:13-17 (NIV)
My Beloved wears hand tied bow ties; not exclusively, but often enough that they belong to him…they are part of his signature style. When we travel, she shops for ties he might not have seen in our local area. When he wears them, I am transported back to the memories we made.

All these years later, I continue to find few things more captivating than watching him dress, putting on his full warrior armor…( I really love this man). As I pray for him today, I beseech God that he remain strong in his faith, that he would face adversity with peace, confident in his covering of everlasting Grace.
I observe the legacy My Beloved builds by example; our son has discovered his collection and wears them more regularly now than his father did at his age. What other seeds are planted in him?
