My Gayle is hot like fire. She called me today fussing. I mean good ol’ fashion, spittin’ cussin’ mad. If I hadn’t recently been where she was about one trivial thing or another, I’d have laughed out loud. That’s the thing about friendship. What they are, you are…they feel joy, ergo you are happy. They suffer heartbreak-you cry too. I knew there was a lesson for her, and as usual, for me, in her vent. Being a Gentile is easy. When you don’t know better, you’re not responsible for doing any better. However…when you do, you must.
