Day 18 of 31- It’s all covered

The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.
Proverbs 18:10 (NIV)

remember, it’s all covered.
The name of the Lord is a strong tower;
the righteous
run to it and are safe.
Proverbs 18:10
I’ve been spending the last 18 days getting myself ready to pursue a God-sized dream. A month ago, I’d not only not ever heard the term God-sized dream, but what I thought it might be was the accomplishment of a thing, rather than growing into the creature God designed me to be, capable of realizing many dreams.

Today’s it’s not even about me. Today, I am offering a prayer for My Beloved, who returns in triumph to Gotham after his time of trial. Lord, I know you brought him, You brought us through, and will lead us to the desires of our hearts, in keeping with Your Will for our lives.  So, on this 18th day, I remember, it’s all covered.

James Dillet Freeman was a poet and minister of the Unity Church. He wrote a prayer for soldiers during World War II that remains as potent today in its message as it was originally. The astronauts of Apollo 11 carried a copy with them on their maiden voyage to the moon.

I am publishing it here for My Beloved, for me, and for us all, because who couldn't use a reminder that there is a strong tower to which we can run, a d be covered.

The Light of God surrounds me.
The Love of God enfolds me.
The Power of God protects me.
The Presence of God watches over me.
The Mind of God guides me.
The Life of God flows through me.
The Laws of God direct me.
The Power of God abides within me.
The Joy of God uplifts me.
The Strength of God renews me.
The Beauty of God inspires me.
Wherever I am, God is!

Thank You Lord, for the journey I’m on, for your covering, for all that is to come. Thank You, more than anything, that You are in control.

On Tuesdays, I pray and and play with friends here...
