I missed my Friday playgroup, so I had to be back in the game.   I am so grateful for the discipline FMFs offer.  So, Happy Friday, peeps. I am here again if you will have me.  To readers, please enjoy another Five Minute Friday.
1. Write for 5 minutes flat – no editing, no over thinking, no backtracking (harder than it sounds)
2. Link back
here and invite others to join in.
3. Visit the person who linked up before you & encourage them in their comments.
OK, are you ready? Come on and join the fun!

But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 15:57 (NIV)

I have no idea where “here” is. Lately, I’ve been conversely entirely in peaceful control of myself, or a raving lunatic. It’s usually when I’m tired. It’s usually when my right mind would tell me to go sit, take a nap, take a moment, take a breath. I should listen. I don’t. I’m busy being a good wife, a helpful mom, trying to make something a little more special than it should be without my additional intervention. Sometimes good is good enough. Sometimes good is really alight. I should learn to take my own advice, but I don’t. I am HERE.

We stand on Holy Ground,
even when we move,
because God is here with us.
Here is an abiding reminder that God is good.
Thankfully, thank God, I know where HERE is. Here is in His arms, sheltered in the shadow of His wing, Safe. I can be lost. I can be cranky. I can be downright mean (though I never intend to be…) But HERE is never alone. He promised never to leave me nor forsake me. That’s as good for me as it is for those around me, on a rough day. Where is HERE? Here is safe in His Arms. HERE is home. Here is sitting on the hill.

Thank You Lord, for guiding me HERE, for moving HERE when I can’t find it, for being HERE wherever I am. My prayer today is that the peace that passes all understanding would rest, rule, and abide with you, wherever you are, when you are HERE.

We are standing on Holy Ground, even when we move. Because He is HERE with us. HERE is an abiding reminder that God is good.
